Overview of features:

• Equipment: add, edit, delete and maintain information about your equipment. Assign meter/gauge readings to a piece of equipment, then produce preventive maintenance tasks. Also view the history of work performed.

• Meter/Gauge: enter readings from meters/gauges on each piece of equipment and/or setup DDE links.

• Parts & Materials: track current inventory levels, reorder levels, unit cost, purchase and stock unit of measure.

• Vendor/Manufacturer List: maintain a current list that ties directly to parts/materials and your equipment.

• Subcontractors and Services: maintain a current list that ties directly to your equipment and preventive maintenance tasks.

• Preventive Maintenance: assign preventive maintenance tasks to an existing piece of equipment. Based on the information you enter, forecast and create work orders.

• Password: separate passwords and access control by user.

• Lists: add, edit, delete and maintain pertinent information about equipment types and locations, tasks, product groups and types, labor accounts and classes, employees and warehouses.

• Work Orders: create scheduled preventive work orders by calendar, by equipment run-time, or by user-defined meters or gauges, and reschedule work orders, if needed. Unscheduled preventive, corrective, and emergency work orders can also be created.

• Purchase Orders: create purchase orders for all parts and materials that need to be ordered. Add or delete parts/materials needed, print a requisition, and log your transactions as you receive them.

• Transactions: enter your invoiced parts and materials per vendor. 

• Toolbar buttons: quick access to inventory lists, history, purchase and work orders.

• Reports: extensive reporting capabilities are available. Each report's data will vary depending on the report style chosen.
